About R. (Ruizhi) Deng
Introduction
My PhD-project focusses on the use of whole genome sequencing (WGS) technology to explain unsolved cases of neurodevelopmental disorders in clinical genetics. I study novel disease candidate genes and non-coding causes of disease, from both case studies in our own patient cohort and population-based studies such as the 100K Genomics England project.
