Where should you go in an emergency?
The address of the Accident & Emergency Department is: Dr. Molewaterplein 40, 3015 GD Rotterdam.
Although you are not allowed to park your car in front of the Accident & Emergency Department, you may stop briefly to drop off or pick up a patient.

There’s a multi-storey car park just 200 metres from the Accident & Emergency Department: Wytemaweg 12, 3015 CN Rotterdam.
What should you bring with you?
- an ID document or passport;
- proof of registration from your health insurance company;
- a letter of referral from your GP (if you have been given one);
- a list of medication you are currently taking (if you have one).
If you’re likely to be admitted to hospital, you should bring toiletries, a dressing gown, slippers and pajamas or other nightclothes with you. If you are taken to hospital by ambulance, don’t forget to bring along a change of clothes, a coat and a pair of shoes.
What should you do when you arrive?
When you arrive at the Accident & Emergency Department, you should first report to the reception desk.
