Education and career
Sarah studied pharmacy at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. After she obtained her master’s degree in 2013, she started working as a pharmacist in the hospital pharmacy of Maasstad Hospital. In 2014, Sarah started her residency in hospital pharmacy at the Deventer Hospital and Radboudumc in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. After her residency, she started working as a hospital pharmacist at the Erasmus University Medical Center. In 2022 she started her PhD trajectory at the Erasmus MC and she is currently working as a hospital pharmacist at the Gelre Ziekenhuizen, Apeldoorn.
