About A.H.C. (Annelotte) Versloot
Introduction
I studied the bachelor of physical therapy at Hogeschool Utrecht and graduated in 2018. Then, I started working as a physical therapist and did the master ‘physical therapy sciences’ at the University of Utrecht. I graduated in 2021 and started working as a junior researcher at Erasmus MC Rotterdam.
Currently I’m working on the SIX Shoulder Study. This study focusses on the treatment of shoulder complaints in the general practice. Patients with shoulder complaints will be randomized in either the injection or the physical therapy group. We will follow these patients for a year with questionnaires. This way, we will know what the short and long term effect will be and we will look at cost-effectiveness.
