About H.L. (Hannah) van Rhoon, PhD Student
Introduction
I am a neuropsychologist and graduate of the master’s program Clinical Neuropsychology from the University of Amsterdam. I believe that a multidisciplinary approach to healthcare is most beneficial to the well-being of patients. My current research primarily focuses on the effectiveness of Virtual Reality (VR) on reducing postoperative pain in children and adolescents. With this research, we are essentially aiming to explore the use of VR as an effective alternative to reduce reliance on traditional anesthesia.
