About S.E. (Sabine) Kloprogge
Introduction
Sabine Kloprogge is a general practitioner in training and a PhD student in the field of Ankle Complaints and Ankle Osteoarthritis. During her medicine study, she did research internships at the Mahidol Oxford Research Unit and the Angkor Hospital for Children in the field of infectious diseases. She finished her master degree in medicine in 2017 at Erasmus Medical Centre. After this, she worked at the ‘Snijdend Oncologische Groep’ (Erasmus MC) and a (geriatric) psychiatry ward in Rotterdam(Antes).
Her current research focusses on the presence of early radiographic signs of ankle osteoarthritis and the association with clinical symptoms. She is involved in the current research projects:
- Ankle osteoarthritis cohort (enkel artrose cohort) and TrApp study;
- The association between early radiographic features of osteoarthritis and ankle pain and function.
