Introduction
I develop novel analytical methods, user-friendly software and interactive web applications for the analysis and exploration of (longitudinal) high-dimensional biomedical data.
I focus largely on neuro-imaging (i.e. structural MRI) and epigenetic (i.e., DNA methylation) data, but I also work on many other analytical pipelines involving a wide range of (e.g., epidemiological, genetic) datasets.
