Mission

Combining knowledge and efforts to unravel various aspects of the immune response involved in the development, maintenance and resolution of disease. Our main focus is performing research that is integrated in the clinical setting, unravelling pathogenetic mechanisms and finding markers that are indicative of disease state and tissue remodeling. In addition, our knowledge of transplant pathology are combined in order to find prognostic markers that are associated with allograft function and outcome.
