In recent years, the Executive Board has given its support to, and facilitated, a range of measures for promoting equal treatment in the broadest sense of the word and will continue to do so in the future. Erasmus MC’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Plan reviews the activities and measures taken in recent years, including those that have been completed and those that are still in progress, as well as the policies that have been put in place in support of these. Finally, the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Plan sets out our concrete plans and targets for the period up to the end of 2027. These cover all aspects of equality, diversity and inclusion in our organisation.
