- Registering for exams
- Elective courses, clinical phase and more
- Admission to the program of Medicine (the programme Medicine is in Dutch)
- Deficiencies
- Numerus Fixus (in Dutch: Decentrale Selectie)
- Colloquium Doctum
- Making appointments with the study advisor

Name and phone number.
A clear description of the complaint (or feedback) when possible the date and time the complaint is about.
Possibly the name of the person involved.
